Foundations is a One-on-One coaching program required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit.


Over the course of nine personal one-on-one sessions, you will learn the exact tools needed to completely transform your body and achieve your fitness goals. During these sessions you will work with a personal coach every step of the way.

Our 30 minute sessions are fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

Our 60 minute sessions build your base. Sessions always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!
