Our Blue Crab Athlete class is geared toward the high school athlete. Each class offers strength and skill training along with metcon-style workouts that will compliment the high intensity of high school athletics. We incorporate strength-based movements to build a solid foundation. This includes the squat, press, pull and clean through daily progressions. They will also gain exposure to common bodyweight movements as well as develop increased metabolic conditioning.
