In its true definition CrossFit is “Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Prep Course

Get started at your own pace

The Prep Course is $100 for the two sessions. If you join Blue Crab CrossFit as a full-time member, the entire cost of the Prep Course will be deducted from your first month’s dues.


Blue Crab Prep Course is a two-session on-ramp course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
