Foundations is a One-on-One coaching program required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit. Over the course of nine personal one-on-one sessions, you will learn the exact tools needed to completely transform your body and achieve your fitness goals. During these sessions you will work with a personal coach every step of the way. They will cover topics like:
- How to safely perform all CrossFit movements
- How to eat in order to achieve optimal body composition for long-term health, performance, and good looks.
- How to plan, set, and achieve fitness and lifestyle goals
- How simple lifestyle changes can give you a better, happier, more fulfilling life!
Your Foundations schedule is completely customizable for you. We recommend that you complete the nine classes over the course of two to four weeks. Then, you will be ready to join our group coaching classes.
Anyone who is new to CrossFit will find Foundations an essential part of joining our gym. Don’t worry, no matter your fitness level Foundations will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer your goals!
