Foundations is our introduction program required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit.

Foundations is a coaching program required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit. Over the course of four sessions, you will learn the exact tools needed to completely transform your body and achieve your fitness goals. During these sessions you will work with a personal coach every step of the way. They will cover topics like:

  • How to safely perform all CrossFit movements
  • How to eat in order to achieve optimal body composition for long-term health, performance, and good looks.
  • How to plan, set, and achieve fitness and lifestyle goals
  • How simple lifestyle changes can give you a better, happier, more fulfilling life!

Your Foundations schedule is completely customizable for you. Then, you will be ready to join our group coaching classes. 

Anyone who is new to CrossFit will find Foundations an essential part of joining our gym. Don’t worry, no matter your fitness level Foundations will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer your goals!

Foundations is an introductory course required for all new members of Blue Crab CrossFit.

Features

Over the course of four group classes, you will learn the exact tools needed to completely transform your body and achieve your fitness goals. During these sessions you will work with a coach every step of the way, who will lead you through the movements and lingo you can expect in our group classes.

Our Foundations course starts the third week of each month, running Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Your $100 will include four Foundations classes, one week of normal group classes, and a personalized nutrition report upon completion.
