CrossFit CF-L1
Over the years I’ve dabbled in long-distance running, duathlons, triathlons, yoga, and my favorite is CrossFit. I love to eat :) I hate doing dishes.

What made you want to be a coach? I’ve met some great coaches and have always been inspired by them to push myself and be a little better every day. I decided to take the CF-L1 when the opportunity came along in 2021. My hope as a coach is to inspire someone to want to be a little bit better every day, be it in or outside of the gym.
What’s the most rewarding thing about being a coach? I get to tell and watch people do burpees :) Jokes aside, I get to be a part of people’s journey to becoming healthier, stronger, fitter, etc.
What’s your favorite movement? It’s a toss between burpees and double-unders.
What’s your favorite workout? I like all workouts as each one challenges me in different ways.
What contributes to your success at BCCF? Every day I come to the gym with an open mind as each member and fellow coaches teach me something new every day.
What’s your advice to our members? Don’t cherry-pick your workout
