Foundations is an onboarding program required for all people new to CrossFit. We'll cover the basic movements, the lingo, and flow of class over the course of two one-on-one classes. These classes are scheduled around your schedule!

Complete the Program

Over the course two one-on-one classes, you will learn about CrossFit and its benefits to increasing your strength and stamina at the gym as well as your functional movement in your everyday life. During these sessions you will work with a coach every step of the way, who will lead you through the movements and lingo you can expect in our group classes.

Join the Group CrossFit Classes

Once you've completed the Foundation program, you will now be ready to take part in the group CrossFit classes!
